Hi, I am Roshan. I’m a product designer skilled at crafting multi-platform experiences.

I am curious about everything.

I want to know the how & why.

I want to know how the dots connect.

For 10+ years, I’ve taken products through the complete design lifecycle – from concept to execution to evolution. My normal day involves some mix of these 3 roles - design lead, design manager and project managerI consider the skills below to be my biggest strengths.

What does a regular day look like?

My day normally involves some mix of these 3 roles. And I switch between them all day, everyday.

Design Lead

Are we solving the right problem? What are our design goals? What are our measures of success? What are the distinct directions we want to pursue?

Are the right people with the right tools solving this problem? Is this helping this designer grow their skills? How does this project tie into the larger goals we have for the team?

Do we have the right resources? What's our timeline? Have we included the right stakeholders? Are we managing expectations?

Design Manager

Project Manager

MY WORK

These are a few examples of my work. My role on all of them has been as the Design Lead. While the process of getting from ask to solution for each of these examples has its own unique elements, they do share a common baseline of my thinking and approach to a design problem
